It’s a beautiful little island, took us about 40 mins to walk the whole way, but there’s really not much to do on it. There are no places to get food and water so highly recommend bringing your own before coming here.
If you want to kill a day, I would strongly recommend you to visit this place. There is nothing much to do here, but I bet 'Nature will prove you again that they are the best as always'🤩
We visited St.Johns, Lazarus and Kusu Islands, Took the first ferry at 8.30am in Marina South Pier. The ride took about 20 mins.
Walking around St.Johns Island took around 1 hour 30 mins. The first thing that hit me was the sound of birds and sea crawling into the sand. It was very pleasant, quiet, with the fabulous scenic views and clear water. Walking on the causeway will take you to Lazarus Island.
The Sea is very clear with white sands. Many of them spent their day relaxing in the Sun, swimming etc. My children enjoyed it 🙂
It's about a 10 minute ferry ride from St.Johns to Kusu island. It was a tiny beautiful island with a few monkeys and a tortoise shelter.
Do NOT forget to carry your food, water and other eatables.
Very clean and peaceful island to visit for 4-5 hours, with no commercial activity whatsoever. Ideal place to bring your picnic basket and relax on the beach with your friends and family.
Lots and lots of cats and insects, so make sure you are carrying insect repellant.
We took around 20 mins to reach Saint John Island by Ferry at Marina South Pier Ferry Terminal. The Ferry is stable and very good trip to the island. We walked closed to an hour in the Island visiting every corner including the Maritime Laboratory Centre before walking over to Lazarus Island.
Nice island for a day trip. Pleasant getaway from Singapore’s urban core. Came for cats, but none to be seen. Otherwise nice.
It is a favorite place for me to go for a walk in the morning. I enjoyed the nature when walking on the shady designated tracks and elevated boardwalk. Love the efforts for preserving the forest plants and animals on the ground.

A very beautiful island only 6.5 kms to the south of the main island of Singapore, off the Straits of Singapore.
